Photographer from Brooklyn NY. Had to teach myself all the basics while living alone in Santiago and Valparaiso Chile. Shot with an older DSLR kindly given to me by my uncle Al, who is a long time veteran of photography, all before digital. I like to think of Mike Browne as a great, kind man, and good friend of mine. I began shooting street photography. Mild epilepsy since i was ten years of age made this quite challenging, but i liked photography too much to let this stop me. Documenting real life events, whatever they may be, constantly trying to grab the feeling of a place and the emotion of the human element that surrounds it. Support my friends with live portrait shooting in dark jazz venues of New York City. Often at extremely high iso, i don't pull out the flash gun unless absolutely needed, and also portrait shooting with fun model friends of mine...the street will always be my favorite place to shoot.
