Paid Per View Policy
Updated: October 1, 2024
ClickASnap's ("the Company") Paid Per View benefit is unique to www.clickasnap.com ('the Platform'). To safeguard this benefit from misuse and ensure its legitimate use across the platform, specific policy requirements have been established. The receipt of earnings under the Paid Per View benefit is contingent upon compliance with these requirements.
This policy applies to each account in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any breach of these policies may render an account ineligible to receive the Paid Per View benefit.
This policy outlines; the mechanics of the Paid Per View benefit, the criteria for assessing a member's eligibility and the circumstances under which this benefit will not be applied.
-
Earnings and Payment
-
When a user uploads one or more images onto the Company's platform, the images are monetised through advertisement revenue. A percentage of this revenue is then paid back to the user ('earnings').
-
Users can submit a request for earnings to be paid to them ('withdrawal request') when the minimum payout threshold has been met. This threshold is subject to change, and the details of the current threshold are specified via your account settings.
-
Withdrawal requests will be reviewed and determined as eligible or ineligible for payment.
-
Eligibility is determined based on the requirements set out in this policy, the Company's TOS and Community Guidelines.
-
Withdrawals requests which are eligible, are paid in USD via PayPal. No other methods of payment are available.
-
Exchange rates may vary from the time when a withdrawal request is submitted and when the earnings are paid.
-
Any transaction costs or fees incurred in making a payment of earnings will be deducted from the earnings.
-
-
Determination of Earnings
-
Earnings are created for each 'paid' view received. A 'paid' view is defined in section 3.
-
The value of the 'paid' view is affected by the level of membership applied to the registered account at the time the view was given.
-
The Company reserves the right to review and unilaterally amend the amount paid in Paid Per View benefits under each membership level at any time.
-
There is no limit to the number of 'paid' views a member can receive on an image.
-
-
