Calder and Hebble Navigation, Sowerby Bridge

The Calder and Hebble Navigation is an inland waterway connecting Sowerby Bridge with Wakefield in West Yorkshire, England. Once a thriving commercial route the canal is now used mainly for leisure. The picture shows the canal after a light snow fall near to Mearclough Bridge, the third crossing over the canal near to Sowerby Bridge.
