Stoodley Pike Monument

Stoodley Pike is a 1300ft hill overlooking the town of Todmorden, West Yorkshire, widely known for it's Crimean War Monument at the summit. The monument was completed in 1856 to replace an earlier structure built to commemorate the defeat of Napoleon and surrender of Paris, this was completed in 1815.
