Fielden Square, Todmorden
20 Views
2nd December 2023
I took this in November 2013 with a Samsung Galaxy Tablet. Fielden Square was cleared to house a statue of John Fielden, a local businessman, social reformer and benefactor. The statue stood in the square from 1890 until 1939 when it was moved to nearby Centre Vale Park. The square is now a car park. The pub is the Golden Lion, closed when tis was taken it reopens sometime later. The spire is of Todmorden Unitarian Church. This is my first attempt at sky replacement, the original photo showed a overcast flat sky sky. www.colingreenphotography.co.uk
