Christ Church, Sowerby Bridge

Taken on News Years Day 2020 with a Nikon d3300, Sowerby Bridge in a market town, near Halifax, West Yorkshire. Normally grid locked with traffic it's always nice to get out early on New Years Day to experience the town whilst its much quieter. The picture shows Christ Church and the Tuel Lane Wharf Street Junction, the Rochdale Canal runs underneath Wharf Street here via the Tuel Lane Tunnel, Before the canals original closure it used to open up into a lock bysides Christ Church in the area around the junction. www.colingreenphotography.co.uk
