St Bartholomew's Church, Dean Head, Scammonden

Built in 1865, St Bartholomew's is the 3rd church to occupy this site since 1615. The church and nearby buildings are all that remain of the former village of Scammonden or Dean Head, the village having been lost when the nearby dam and M62 motorway was constructed in the early 1960's.
