Entrance to Luddenden Dene Wesleyan Chapel Cemetery

Taken in August 2022, the picture shows the grounds of Luddenden Dene Wesleyan Chapel. The chapel opened in 1828 and remained in use until fire destroyed the building in 1954. Services were then held in the nearby Sunday School until the late 1970's, when the congregation had reduced to single figures and it was closed. www.colingreenphotography.co.uk
