Albert Bridge, Belfast

29th October 2024
The Albert Bridge completed in 1890 crossers the River Lagan in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Designed by JC Bretland to replace an earlier bridge that collapsed in 1886, the bridge cost £36,500 to complete and is named after Prince Albert Victor, the grandson of Queen Victoria. This artwork is based on a picture I took a few years ago. www.colingreenphotography.co.uk
