Ermita de los Delores Church, Lanzarote

The Ermita de Los Dolores is a church built in the 18th century on the island of Lanzarote, legend says that locals erected a cross at this site to the Delores Virgin and prayed to her to stop the Lava flow from the last great eruption on the island. The lava flow is said to have stoped nearby and the church was constructed to celebrate this. This was taken with a Samsung Galaxy Tablet in July 2013. www.colingreenphotographt.co.uk
