Berry Lane Coal Drops, Halifax

The Halifax Coal Drops are a Grade II Listed structure near Halifax Railway Station, West Yorkshire. Built by the Ovenden and Halifax Junction Railway in 1874, they now stand largely overgrown and abandoned largely forgotten about. The spire to the left is the remains of Square Church, the tower to the right is Halifax Parish Church. www.colingreenphotography.co.uk
