Square Church Spire and Calderdale Industrial Museum, Halifax

I took this picture in May 2018 with a Nikon d3300, Square Church Spire is all that remains of Square Church and is now part of the Halifax Central Library Building. Square Congregational Church opened in 1857 and remained in use until 1970, the main building being destroyed by fire in January 1971 and demolished in 1976. Calderdale Industrial Museum houses exhibitions of the areas industrial heritage, the site is ran by volunteers after the museum was closed for several years due to financial issues. www.colingreenphotography.co.uk
